What Causes Excessive Stomach Gas When Suffering From GERD?

I am suffering from GERD and my abdominal scan reports " Atrophied left lever lob and multiple sigmoidal diverticulitis" I have always hyper acidity and sever gas formation in my G.I tract. I take Rabeprzole 10 mg daily in morning.I follow diet control. I take laxative at night. I am tired of gas formation. Do I suffer from digestive enzymes or have I celiac disease ? I get bubbling sound after my food intake. Please guide.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is not the symptoms related with the digestive enzyme related neither the celiac disease but it seems to be dyspepsia and it could be associated with hyperacidity in my opinion condition can be treated with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg alone for three weeks some time it can be having intestinal infection with inflammatory condition and for that Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day can be taken for 10 days hope this information helps.
