What Causes Excessive Saliva And Choking In Infants?

My baby is 2 weeks old and she has excessive saliva that she has been choking on it, can't feed properly because she chokes constantly... What is it what can I do for her? Why the excessive saliva I'm worried one day she will choke in her sleep ..

Welcome to health care magic
Excessive salivation in 2weeks old baby could be due to inability to swallow.So get her checked for cleft palate.Sometimes due to trachaeoesophageal fistulo whatever swallowed milk can't go into stomach and hence comes out.Saliva to keep on coming. You get this checked as well from your doctor.Hope I gave you some insight in your problem
