What Causes Excessive Noise While Breathing In A 5 Month Old Child?

sir, my baby (5months) has not well.when she breath kurrrrrrrrrrr.....kurrrrrrr.......sound was producing. we can feel like some cough is make this sound from the chest.i consulted one peadiatrician and he Rx cefixime potassium clavulanate oral suspension . now the course was completed and no progrees was found.she has no other problems

I can understand your concern.
The sound you are describing is mostly seen with lower respiratory tract infection or asthma.
Infection causes collection of secretions and they can make such noises.
Asthma causes bronchospasm and this spasm can make this kind of noises.
Since she is not improving with antibiotics, possibility of asthma is more.
So better to consult another pediatrician and get done clinical examination of respiratory system for wheezing and bronchospasm.
She will need inhaled treatment in the form of inhaled bronchodilator and inhaled corticosteroids (ICS).
Don't worry, she will be alright with appropriate treatment.
