What Causes Excessive Hunger In A 35 Year Old Man?

Ok, I am 35 male. 5 10 165lbs. I am very hungry. I eat normally, 3 meals plus snacks at coffee. I don t eat a lot of junk food. I have a balanced diet. I am finding that after eating a large meal I am still hungry. But painfully hungry. Like I didn t even eat. Any suggestions on where I need to start.

Are there any other symptoms even if not I suggest you to start investigating for diabetes please do a fasting sugar and hba1c to diagnose diabetes
