General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to indigestion, gall bladder and pancreas problem, irritable bowel syndrome, diarhhea, gastroenteritis.
I would suggest to consult the gastroenetrologist and undergo clinical examination, routine blood tests, stool tests, USG scan to confirm the cause
Meanwhile you can take following prescribed drugs:
Capsule lactobacillus, tablet Gas X
Bismuth subgallate orally
Tablet unienzyme: help in the digestion
Avoid high carbohydrate and high fat diet
Take small frequent meal rather than large meal
Take more yogurt and butter milk
Drink lots of fluids like water and fruit juices(3 to 4 litres/day)
Do regular exercise, 45-60 minutes in the morning and evening
Make sure that your bowel movement is regular and there is no constipation
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
