What Causes Excessive Dizziness, Light-headedness, Vomiting And Unsteady Gait?

Saturday morning, woke up, tried to get out sit up and get out of bed, was so dizzy I couldn t stand, after a few minutes, tried again but, same feeling of dizziness but turning to the left. Felt light headed w queezy stomach. After about a half hour, managed to get into the bathroom, by holding onto things on my left side...wound up throwing up. Felt unsteady until later Sunday; but, still seem to be drifting to my left side. Went to bed with bad headache Sunday evening. Woke up this morning very tired. Checked sugar and it was normal for me, blood pressure was a bit low for me; but, terrific for everyone else...just feel not normal yet.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
You need to be seen immediately by a doctor. These symptoms could be from an infection or something else that will resolve on its own but they could also be caused by a stroke or tumor. Please be seen today. Going to emergency is a good idea if your doctor cannot see you immediately
