General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
1) If you were diagnosed of having piles and having such repetitive episodes of bleeding then you must undergo surgery for removal of piles.
2) Also check your hemoglobin level.
3) Use some stool softener medication to reduce stool consistency as it help to reduce chance of bleeding
4) there is no medical treatment for piles. medical treatment is only for relief from symptoms and bleeding piles itself is an indication for surgery.
