General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Your problem require examination.
If it is not associate with pain, itching, dysuria, redness: I think it is normal .
It may be segma deposition or hygiene problem.
Advice are below:
Keep the area dry
Clean the segma from below foreskin.
Wear pure cotton loose innerwear
Change inner wear after work out
Change to simple unperfumed soap
Better to use liquid base lotion that contain minerals and vitamin E.
You can also take single dose of azithromycine plus flucanazole.

If not resolves, consult the dermatologist
And get tested for STD screening: PCR, NAAT, ELISA and cell cuture.

Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
