What Causes Excess Urination And Testicle Pain After Ejaculation?

hey i have been having problems after i ejaculate i need to wee loads and it goes on for somtimes a week after having one ejaculation plus im getting a lot of pain in my testicals im just wondering why this is can u please help me thanks from

1.Thesticular pain after ejaculation with excess of urination - possible cause could be urinary tract infection.
2.In the testicular after ejaculation possibility of inflammation of the testis.
3.In this case the best investigation of choice will be ultrasound scrotum and abdomen pelvis.
4.Ultrasound abdomen pelvis will help us to know the status of bladder if any features of UTI.
5.Scortal ultrasound will help to evaluate features of inflammation and vascularity.
6.Treatment in both cases include a course of antibiotics with symptomatic treatment. Good luck.
