What Causes Excess Of Pus And RBC Cells In Urine?

Hello Sir.... I am Junaid Khan From Pakistan...I am Laboratory Technician... The doctor asked the patient for a urine test today. Urine have loaded Pus and RBC s and 04 --- 06/HPF Ca.Oxalates as well. The doctor reported that ultrasound Normal. Is it possible...??? Sir...!! I will wait for your answer

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. But it is not necessary that ultra sound should be abmormal with this this findings. Many conditions are there in which ultrasound is normal and patients have many pus cells and rbcs in urine. Glomerulonephritis or pyelonephritis or may cause this. So
consult nephrologist and take treatment accordingly.
