What Causes Excess Bloating Of Stomach?

Hi there.....i feel like my stomach is always so so watery....i seems enlarged and always full of water, i can feel and here it. I can walk up stairs and here the water in my stomack:( What can i do to not have so much water in my stomack.And by the way i eat quite healthy.Thank you so much for your time.

bloating can be caused by onion and spicy foods .....if you were my patient i wuld advise you to take any good ppi i.e tab risek 20 mg for a week empty stomach even aftr that bloating persists go to the clinic
