What Causes Erectile Dysfunction?

Hi I went through tuberculosis approx 12 years back and was cured. way tb was detected was when my left testis was swollen and i got operated and it was found that there were TB germs. I am totally ok now but it has been found through various tests and hormonally I am fine, testesterone is ok. I do not ejaculate normally so for fertility IVF is option according to doctors even though my sperms are immature. My main concern is Erectile dysfunction. I am unable to maintain a strong erection during intercourse and I tried vigara etc but it doesnt quite help. Can TB cause ED? If yes is it curable?

I really appreciate your concern, let me tell you something first that without the confirmed ED you are suppose to take the "Sildenafil" it could be harmful and in your case this may not be Erectile dysfunction of pathological origin but it could be due to some functional elements like stress, over conscious, try to come out of this condition, and everything would be fine, just take this easy, no need to worry about this, hope this information help, take care and have a nice day.
