What Causes Erectile Dysfunction?
i have problems getting an actual hard erection like i use to. i can t even remember the last time i had morning wood. i m 18, 200 pounds and 6 feet tall. i seem perfectly healthy, other than the erection problem. i just would like to know what the issue could possibly be?

Errectile dysfunction can be due to many reasons including psychogenic(due to anxiety)or organic.To differentiate between these two we generally ask patient about the early morning/late night errection.if early morning errection is present then the diagonis is psychogenic commonly.
if its not then there can be organic causes.
For this patient will need to take PDE 5 inhibitors like sildenafil according to your doctors prescription.
i will advice you to visit your doctor and get the medicines .
