What problems you are facing is more of psychological than physical one. All you need is reassurance that these things can be easily overcome and not to worry much.
Kindly follow the things as mentioned below.
1. Practice
behavioral therapy like 'pause and squeeze' technique regularly.
2. Include in your diet some of the foods like milk, almonds, dates, figs, honey and papaya, which would help to improve blood supply to penis and help you to get good erection and sustain it for longer duration.
3. Take Tablet.
Tadalafil, 30 minutes before the act, when necessary.
4. Practice
meditation regularly to relieve your
anxiety and keep your mind calm and healthy.
A

It is a natural phenomenon and not a disease. It is a harmless condition and doesn't appear to be linked to any underlying physical disorder.
