Hello dear Understand your concern Absence of period since from long time is not normal. Following are the cause of equivocal results: Ectopic pregnancy (tubal pregnancy), low HCG level, did tests in wrong way. Now I would suggests to consult the gynecologist and undergo blood HCG and USG scan to confirm the above cause. In absence of pregnancy, period can be induced by progesterone injection/tablets. Ectopic pregnancy should be removed by surgery. In low HCG, HCG injection and progesterone should be given to maintain the pregnancy in absence of any detected abnormality.
