i have had a couple of episodes of dizziness and lightheadedness over the past few weeks, and yesterday when i was at work i kept feeling like i was going to faint (i m a nurse so on my feet a lot) and so kept going to sit down. Then i started experiencing all the symptoms of before you faint-hot and sweaty but also cold, my sight was going, i managed to walk out of the bay and another nurse saw me and sat me down and took my vitals, my BP was 78/40. i normally have low blood pressure around 100, but this was a bit low! It soon resolved as i lay down and drank water but i had a headache the rest of the day and felt not myself. Even today i am still tired and still have a headache. What would you advise?
