What Causes Epididymis Swelling?
i have a problem my left side egg size is fine ,but i feel that my left side egg is under a jall , i just readed at google , that its epididymis . i have this problem from some 8 months . i feel its increasing , at day this live big in size , but when i sleep ,and get up at morning ,then i feel ,like normal , small in size as normal healthy epididymis .but at day its increasing .now its shape as ball .and looking big , pls explain me , what is this , how i can controle this ,

it is possible that you are having varicocele, that is the veins which are in a form of a bunch around the epididymis are dilated.
lying down through the night will drain some off and the size may appear smaller
please get your self examined by a surgeon and ascertain the exact cause its a easy and simple clinical examination followed by a sonogram which will give the exact picture.
In case it turns out to be varicocele, it is easily fixed by a surgery
