Hi!! I have gone through your history and according to me you should avoid sunexposure as much as possible. Make use of umbrella, sunglasses, hat or stole whenever out in the sun. Use a high SPF sunscreen gel on your face at intervals of 3-4 hours during the day time and apply biluma cream twice daily on the pigmentation. In the morning first apply biluma cream and after 10 minutes apply sunscreen. Also take tablet pinodin TX twice daily. You can continue this for 4 weeks and then revert back to me for follow up. Hope for your speedy recovery.
