What Causes Enlargement Of The Breast?

my son is 27 and one breast is getting larger than the other one dr. said infection another says cancer another said male boob what kind of signs would he show if it were to be cancer this kid dose not smoke or drink but a few years ago he was addicted to pain killers

Just don't worry..It.may ne Hormonal..n very very exceptionaly cancer .
*This complaint does not have relation to painkiller over usage.
*Ask him to do self examination of affected breast..is ther any lump or nodule is felt..den Go to Surgeon n get mammography done..
*Mammography will reveal if any abnormalities der or not..
* FNAC (biopsy)also can be done... if..if any lump or nodule is der.
