What Causes Enlarged Uterus?

hi. i had regular periods till may. in month of june they were 10 days late. they came on 21st with no manstural cramps and even pregnancy signs. and on 7th of july i started menstural crams. which i am still facing. i went for an ultrasound today. it showed that my uterus is slightly enlarged and there is some 8mm in diameter sac in it. i wana ask what it could be? pregnancy? or what? i am in bad pain. there is no bleeding or any other thing i faced in this time. but just bad cramps. i feel that my periods could start at any time. moreover m finding some times white and some times yellowish disharge. m impatient to know answer. i am desperately wiiling to get baby. regards
