What Causes Enlarged Spleen While Having Kidney Stones?

i have kidney stones, have passed three and on last trip to ER find I have enlarged spleen. Pain is severe in lower back and abdominal pain on left side with pain radiating to shoulder and neck. So tender on exam that I jumped involuntarily. Did the kidney stones cause the enlargement of the spleen or is that another problem entirely.

Both are different. Kidney stones is not related to enlarged spleen. Pancreatitis can cause abdominal pain radiating to back but as u have renal stone, it is likely due to it. How r u now? Any pain now or relieved? Vomiting or other history?
