What Causes Enlarged Liver And Fluid In Stomach?
Hi dr I am a 40 yr old female who doesn t drink or smoke nor am I overweight if anything am underweight I have an enlarged liver and fluid in stomach which was picked up by an ultrasound I was then referred for a mri on liver and found no other issue with liver apart from size so what could the underline issue be ?

You could have a liver infection or other problem causing the enlargement. Make sure your doctors have checked liver enzymes and tested you for Hepatitis B and C. if the answer cannot be found you should see a liver specialist for further testing.
