What Causes Emphysema?
I think I might have emphysema .. I have been a smoker over my life not heavy two or three a day . My lungs don t feel like they have enough air in them and my ears and nose feel almost always stuffy I sometimes feel clammy .. I m nearly sixty and still do physical work .. I m almost scared to get your answer

I really appreciate your concern, emphysema is such pathological condition that can only be detected by radiological investigation even for the medico it is not possible to find out the emphysema just on clinical findings to clear he doubt it is better to get done the x-ray of chest, although it may not be the case as you are thinking hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
