I am already on two anti depressants and lo-estra to balance out my early para-menopause symptoms. I have been snapping a my family (showing behaviors prior to my medication) and today I started spotting when my period is not due for another week. Could my hormones be out of wack causing my emotions? I have also had headaches almost constantly the past two weeks. I have migraines and often get sinus infections. This neither feels like a migraine nor a sinus headache.
