Hey I found out that I had an elevated CPK a few months back when I went to the doctor following an intense training class involving firefighting. I was told to come back a few days later and my CPK dropped to 1700 before it was 3579. I work a lot and don t get much sleep and I do workout a good bit. I went back to the doctor a few days ago and my CPK was still elevated around 1300. When I went in my complaint was fatigue and some SOB while walking which doesn t happen usually. And I m getting more tired during my workouts. I haven t had any fever chills or cough but I was told that I had a mild case of sleep apnea I m a 26 you male whose in good shape. I cramp a lot after workouts and sometimes when I m just relaxing I was checked for a few autoimmune diseases and they came back negative. Wondering what could be causing this. I do not have a pertinent medical hx. Thank you
