General & Family Physician 's  Response
This is not normal. It could be due to many reasons. If I was your doctor I would investigate your elevated heart rate by:
1. EKG
2. Echocardiogram
3. Thyoid function test
4. Urinary VMA to rule out Phaeochromocytoma
5. Rule out other causes of elevated heart rate

You should definitely see a doctor and get yourself checked out as soon as possible. A cardiologist would suit you better for your condition. Take care.
