General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with increased heart rate about 108 and blood pressure of 139/97 with associated difficulty in breathing and heartburn I am suggesting you are gradually developing a hypertensive heart disease with tachycardia

In view of this please do the following test
Chest x-ray
ECG
EKG
Serum electrolytes
Fasting blood sugar

Meanwhile please visit an cardiologist specialist with the results and for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription

I hope this helps Regards
