Hello
First of all abstain her from drinking too much liquor.

Elevated liver enzymes may indicate inflammation or damage to cells in the liver. Inflamed or injured liver cells leak higher than normal amounts of certain chemicals, including liver enzymes, into the bloodstream, which can result in elevated liver enzymes on blood tests.

Try to lower her liver enzymes by
Quit Drinking Alcohol.
Eat a Low Protein Diet.
Avoid Acetaminophen.
Reduce Environmental Toxins.
Implement a Healthier Diet Regimen.
Drink a plenty of Water.
Detox and Support Liver Function with Herbs.

I hope this helps you

Thanks
