General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Your triglyceride level is high suggest hypertriglyceridemia.
Your Billirubin is high, suggest mild liver damage.
Microalbumin : high suggest, glomerular damage.

Following are the reason:

Hypertriglyceridemia and microalbuminuria may be present in Nephrotic syndrome.
Microalbumin in urine present in glomerular damage due to diabetes melitus, hypertension and kidney disease.
Billirubin high in liver damage.
Repeat test after 5-7 days for billirubin as liver enzyme is normal.

Hypertriglyceridemia occur may be due to, if you did not get 10-13 hour fasting sample.
Always do lipid profile after 10-13 hours of fasting. Without intake of high fatty food.
Repeat after 7-10 days
Also test for blood Glucose, hypertension, Hb1Ac.

Hope this may help you.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
