What Causes Elevated Levels Of Progesterone?

My doctor had me do a saliva test to determine my hormone levels as I considering in doing hormonal replacement therapy to alleviate my hot flashes/night sweats and insomnia. My results were inconsistent (I think) with the results... my estrogen levels were in range but my progesterone were extremely high ( 10.00). Is this normal?

you are in menuposal perid. symtoms you have mentioned are normal inthis period. hormonal replacement therapy is not always advisable. it will automaticaly acustomed and you will feel normal. if youare having unbearible problem then you can gofor therapy after advise of doctor. this is anormal problem every lady has topassthrough.
