General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

She needs to be evaluated for any stress she is undergoing. People of young age do feel like patient when they are suffering from anxiety. Also, ask her why she is suffering from frequent diarrhea, weight loss, and menstrual irregularities to rule out hyperthyroidism.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
