Hello there,
I can understand your concern. First thing that needs urgent attention is your blood sugars. You are definitely a diabetic. I do not know if you are already on treatment for diabetes or not. If not then you need to start medicines for which you need to visit a diabetologist who can examine you thoroughly and advise some blood tests to know your kidney function and HbA1c (average sugars) and then decide the medicines that you need to be started on.
High blood sugars can cause you to feel easily fatigued and once sugars come under control you will feel better.
As for your acidity problem you can take the antacids that are available over the counter on temporary basis. Your diabetologist can also prescribe you some medicines to relieve your acidity. But there could be various reasons for your acidity like high sugars (impaired gastric motility) or stress related to work or life, sedentary lifestyle. So do not worry too much. Take things in your control.
Start an exercise regimen gradually which will not only reduce your blood sugars abut also help to relieve the acidity. Reduce the carbohydrate content of your meals, Stop sugars and sweets.
Earlier you control the sugars the better in the long run to prevent complications of diabetes.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
