What Causes Elevated Blood Pressure Levels?

My blood pressure was low at my drs office earlier in the week. 90 over 78, they took it again later and it was 108 over 82. Yesterday and today it is running around 108 - 115 on the top and 85 to 92 on the bottom. The dr had told me to just take a half of my blood pressure med since it was low in the office. But since that bottom number is high I hate to lower my dosage. What would cause that bottom number to be high. I am 5 feet tall and weigh 200:-(

108 is quite fine blood pressure infact it is a safer BP compared to one in 90s , i believe you should keep using your previous medication so that there arent many fluctuations in that with time your will start to feel fine untill Bp is below 150 it is fine.
