What Causes Elevated WBC Counts With Excessive Pus Cells In Urine?
hi My daughter is 6 years old. and was having fever and chills. after test we came to know her WBC counts are high and was having pus cell in urine. then our doctor asked for urine culture which showed no result. then my doctor asked to start cefixime for 7 days. but still she is having little pain. and my doctor said its not UTI as the culture was negative. can you tell me what are the other possibilities??

This may be certain kidney disease or bladder anomaly but also uti and you should repeat urinoculture if you ask me. This may indicate vesicoureteral reflux and you should do ultrasound and cystography to rule this out.
