Hello, I read carefully your report and understood your concern. High AntiTpo antibodies are consistent with an autoimmune disease called Hashimoto thyroiditis. It is a chronic disease and the antibodies will remain high, they destruct the thyroid tissue making the thyroid gland unable to produce enough hormones. The treatment consists in substituting the hormone and maintaining normal level of TSH. There is no treatment to lower the antibodies. So, all you have to do is to take the thyronorm regularly, every morning with empty stomach and check the TSH after 6 weeks until you find the appropriate dose. Once you have found it than a 6 months control is recommended. For the moment i would recommend 62 mcg (1 day 50mcg and one 1 day 75 mcg). Hope the information is helpful. Do not hesitate to ask if you will have further questions in the future. Kind regards, Dr.Mirjeta
