Hi thanks for asking question. Your blood pressure is high. You could have simple viral infection.It can lead to fever and blood pressure can be raised because of it. Take your blood pressure in supine , resting position. Meanwhile treat your infection symptomatically like with analgesic for fever and pain if present. If congestive symptoms like runny nose, conjuctivitis, sore throat present , antihistaminic can be taken. Do your CBC. If neutrophilia -bacterial infection If lymphocytosis - viral infection If eosinohlilia- allergic infection... Treat your hypertension with lisinopril regularly. Take low salt diet.
