What Causes Electrical Type Impulse From Ankle To Hip Joint?

I m 55 and experiencing an odd electrical type impulse from my left ankle to my hip joint. Also having the same feeling within my rib cage. I have chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic pain, fibromyalgia and am a broken neck survivor. What could be causing these surges of energy?

As you have survived a neck trauma and keeping your age in mind, there is a chance that some nerve is getting impinged in you neck which could be responsible for your symptoms of both leg and rib cage.you should have a MRI of cervical spine to further confirm the cause.
