Hello and thanks for your query. You seem to be suffering from a sexual problem called Premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is actually a very common problems, especially in young males. Most of the times there is no medical problem causing this. The commonest cause is anxiety (known as performance anxiety ) and a hypersensitive response of the penis. Regarding your problem of premature ejaculation, I would advise you practicing certain exercises or techniques regularly to improve ejaculatory control. They are: - Kegel s exercises - Squeeze technique - Start-stop technique Alternatively, there are medication like Dapoxetine that are available which can help delay ejaculation time.
