What Causes Ejaculation Of Semen Without Erection In Penis?

I am 25 years old. I am just getting over mono. I also have a bend (20 degrees or so) when I have an errection. The other day, I had an ejaculation without a full errection. I have had a full errection since. I do not masturbate for religious resons. I am engaged and feel a little anxiety about this. Should I worry about it, as I will be getting married/ become sexually active soon?

To ejaculate without erection does happen due to stimulation and involuntary contraction of of Corpo Spongiosus muscle due to sexual thoughts is common especially at the young age and is considered to be normal and nothing to be worried about it .

As regards your finding about penile curvature of 20 degree you need to consult qualified urologist for clinical examination in person to assess the cause for curvature of penis and to explore whether it would pose any difficulty in penetrating vagina during sex with your wife and does it need any treatment
