What Causes Early Signs Of Pregnancy Despite Having Tubes Ties?

my tubes have been tied for 18 years. Recently i have been having symptoms of pregnancy. One test was negative another was positive. I havent had a actual period sice the beginning of Feb. I have had some bleeding. Also, my belly looks as if i were pregnant. i have a ob/gyn appointment next month however these symptoms seem to be getting worse ex: nausea, cramping, back aches, exhaustion

As a physician I would like to tell you that there are very very less chances that you are pregnant. Also, if you are pregnant there won't be any breakthrough bleeding. So, I would suggest that you should visit your Obgy Doc as soon as possible to get a physical examination done and get the exact diagnosis leading to your condition.
