What Causes Early And Light Menstruation Along With Abdominal Cramps?

When I woke up yesterday morning, there was light pink discharge when I wiped but none in my underwear. I put a tampon and thinking it was my period and went back to sleep, 3 hours later I got up and there was no blood but a brown discharge on the tampon when I took it out dark red blood came out. So I put a pad on and I wore it for 6-7 hours and there was nothing on it. I put a tampon in before I went to sleep last night and when I woke up there was rarely anything on it... Just some light pink blood at the top of the tampon. I have minor cramps in my side, dizziness when I stand up, and headaches throughout the day. I m not supposed to start my menstrual cycle till Sunday. What could this be?

I can understand your concern.
Menstrual irregularities, headache, abdominal cramps, dizziness etc are more suggestive of hormonal imbalance.
So consult gynecologist and get done hormone levels.
You may need hormone pills to regulate hormones.
Once your hormones are normalize you will have normal menstrual cycle and your all symptoms will be alright.
