What Causes Ear Pain With Teeth Pain And Fever?

My son age is 3 years & 7 months, from last night he said that he feel pain in his right ear, some times he said that pain is in right side whole position pain, some time he said that hr feel pain at his teeth. His right side face is little bit high temperature. Now his bony temperature is 101 degree. What should I do? Where I should i go dentist or ENT specialist?

As per your complain the symptoms are pointing towards ear ad sinus infection leading to the following symptoms as you explained..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like PNS view x ray or MRI scan can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

He can be advised a course of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, decongestants like Pseudoephadrine, do saline nasal irrigation, steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room..
You can also be advised decongestant nasal sprays and antibiotic and analgesic ear drops..
Avoid spicy and chilled foods..
Do warm compresses around nostrils..
