Hello Jill,
I really don't know whether there is any relation of ear pain with menstrual cycle. But yes migraines do have. And these may rarely present as temporal or ear pain. Do you feel nauseating or is it always on one side, does it increase on taking some food items like chocolates if yes we may take it as an important differential diagnosis. Get a neurological check up
wishing you a great health.
