What Causes Ear And Neck Pain With Throat Discomfort?

my right ear hurts and at times i feel heat inside my ear. I dont have a cold or flu symptoms. My throat feels as if theres something stuck in it. The right side of my neck hurts as well as my head. I have had 3 swollen lymph nodes for the past 2 months. they have already been tested and are not bening. Also the right side of my throat feels a little swollen. Ive had these symptoms for the past 2 weeks.

you have not mentioned your age...smoking and drinking habbits...any change in voice...any difficulty in swallowing ......difficulty in breathing etc. are the glands hard on palpation.......your laryngoscopic examination should be done and accordingly you'll be advised and treated...
Your ear pain can be a referred otalgia.
