Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your complain it seems that she has an ear infection and infection is the cause of pain in ear along with fever and blood in ear..
You should consult an Otolaryngologist and get her evaluated and after a clinical evaluation if infection is ruled out antibiotics like Amoxicillin, antibiotic ear drops, Acetaminophen for pain and fever and taking a cough expectorant for cough can relieve..
Steam inhalations can relieve..
Provide sufficient rest..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
