What Causes Dysuria And Bleeding Before Periods?

I ve been having problems going to the washroom I physically have to use my fingers and put them up my vagina and push it around and than the urion will come out. It s been weeks like this. I have a ultrasound appointment next week. But I just started bleeding and I m a week early for my period. But there s no pain

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Your symptoms suggest possibility of urethral stone/ calculus .. which is being passed out. The difficulty / bleeding in urination suggest obstruction in urethra by a calculus & also injury to urethra as calculus is forced out.
You are having appointment with for USG next week.. in addition consultation of kidney specialist/ urine test.. needs to be done earlier. This will help to get some aid in expulsion of calculus as per need.
Till then drink plenty of water orally.
avoid forceful manipulation.
