Hi welcome to HCM.
Inability to swallow is termed dysphagia. This needs to be evaluated through an upper gastrointestinal tract endoscopy to rule out any obstructive lesions.Dysphagia can lead to reduced appetite.Pacemaker implantation and gall bladder removal are not related directly to dysphagia.Heart rate fluctuations can be assessed through baseline ecg and 24 holter ecg to detect any pacemaker malfunction.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you.
