What Causes Dull, Stabbing And Recurring Pain Under The Ribcage?

Hi! I have wired pain under my left rib cage feels like its right in my heart. this pain I can describe as dull, squeezing, stabbing, pressing, its come and go like constructions + palpitations. Specially if I sleep on chest or left side. tried ibuprofen + anti inflammatory cream + ice pack but no results. First its start feeling slightly pulling or heavy in that area and then short stabbing comes too. all the time in one place. feels very deep. Have done echocardiogram and 24h ECG all came back good. Thank you!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be muscular pain and may be associated with hyperacidity, if I would be the treating physician of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Omeprazole with Domperidone 30 mg once in day, Tab Acetaminophen can be tried but not NSAID it is contraindicated in acid reflux disease, hope this information helps.
