Hello,
I can understand your concern on your symptoms.
1) Your symptoms are suggestive of intestinal infection.
2) Long duration of your symptoms mandate further evaluation to find out exact cause for this.
3) For this you might require stool culture report for antibiotic sensitivity to start appropriate treatment, colonoscopy to find out any structural changes inside of large intestine which is responsible for such long duration.
4) For episodic right sided pain, you can take anti-spasmodic medications (Meftalspas) for quick relief from pain.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any further doubts, I would be happy to help you.
Have nice day!
