What Causes Dull Pain Below The Rib Cage?
I have the pulsating, constant dull pain always on my left side just under the last rib. You gently place your hand and can feel the pulsating beat, I work in medical and have been told by providers based on touch and explanation it s possibly an aortic anyerism. What are the chances it is this and not something else?

Aorta is in the midline. Aortic aneurysm is painless unless ruptured.
It is just musculoskeletal pain. All you need is to take pain killer like Advil with two glasses of water.
